MORTGAGES

We pride ourselves on providing the best Mortgages advice possible.

We search 100’s of deals from the whole of the market so we can offer you the best mortgage.

Whilst deciding the most affordable fixed or variable rate mortgage, there are other things to consider too.  Such as the amount of time you will be tied into the mortgage deal and whether there are exit fees.  Also the overall setup costs, mortgage flexibility and ease of application.

The types of mortgages:

  • Fixed-rate – Interest charged is fixed over a period of time.  This is typically between 2-5 years regardless of interest rate fluctuations.

  • Variable rate – Payments on your outstanding balance will vary depending on the changes in market interest rates.

  • Interest only –  you pay only the interest on the amount you borrowed each month but you are not repaying any debt.

  • Tracker rate – these move in line with the base rate set by the Bank of England.  For example, if the Bank of England base rate is 3.5% and the tracker mortgage is base + 2% then you will pay a rate of 5.5%.

It can be confusing knowing which mortgage is right for you, but we make the process as simple, cost-efficient and as stress-free as possible.  Our advisers will work with you to select a mortgage that you will be able to repay comfortably.

We offer:

  • Mortgages designed to suit your specific requirements.

  • Competitive rates from some of the industry’s best lenders.

  • Great support throughout the whole process.

We are not tied to any lenders so we access the whole market to find the most competitive rate mortgage.
